I love that your countdown consists of dental procedures rather than days, hours, etc. So funny! You'll figure out a way to get it done, I'm sure.
And if you're really desperate to find someone to make bleaching trays for, you know where to find me (although doing that in one day in Chicago probably isn't too feasible, huh? Ha).
